2009 State Partnership Program Application Guide

Online State and Local Chapter/Caucus Assessment

www.yda.org/sa  (for State Organizations)

www.yda.org/salocal (for Local chapters/caucuses)

The Online State Assessments is an annual survey of state and local chapters.  YDA uses the assessment to determine the health and progress of our organizations, to understand what types of resources and services YDA can and should be providing to our chapters, and to make informed decisions about where YDA should be making donations as a part of the State Partnership Program.  Committees will rely on the assessments to determine how much support, financially and membership driven, your organization will provide to any partnership. 

The Online State Assessment is available at Survey Monkey:

For Local Organizations: www.yda.org/salocal

The password to access either assessment is: ydasa2009.  It is advised that you complete the assessment in one sitting.
