Conference Information

Our Summer National Committee Meeting is right around the corner! We will be in Denver along with the Democratic National Committee Convention and the College Democrats National Convention to elect our National Committeeman and Committeewoman as well as celebrate the historic nomination of the next President of the United States. YDA members will have access to special trainings hosted by the College Democrats, as well as a variety of other events around Denver. It's shaping up to be a fun, rewarding week.

If you would like to attend training session offered during the College Democrats of America's National Convention, the rate for YDA members is $25. Please send an email us at office@yda.org and we will secured your registration for that event. 

Hotel Information + Reservations

We have secured single-occupancy dorm rooms at the University of Denver for $70/night. Additionally, YDA  is securing hotel rooms in small blocks throughout the city; expect rates between $300 - $400/night. Dorm rooms can be reserved from Saturday, August 23rd to Friday, August 29th, hotel rooms Sunday August 24th to Friday, August 29th - throughout the duration of the Democratic National Convention. More information regarding hotel location and price will be available in the next couple of weeks.

Please submit your name, expected date of arrival, expected date of departure, and preference fo dorm or hotel accomodations to office@yda.org. 

Housing will not be guaranteed unless you include in the request your expected check in / check out dates and your preferred payment method: check or credit card. Additionally, YDA will be requiring advanced payment for housing. Payment will be due to YDA prior to the start of the National Committee Meeting.
