Resolutions Proposals

  • Resolutions must have been submitted by 11:59 PM EDT on Sunday, April 23, 2023.

Legislation Endorsement Proposals

  • Legislation recommendations must have been submitted by 11:59 PM EDT on Sunday, April 23, 2023.

  • You can view previously adopted legislation recommendations here.

Governing Documents Amendments

  • Amendments to the YDA Charter, Bylaws, & Standing Rules must have been submitted by 11:59 PM EDT on Saturday, April 7, 2023.

  • You can view the current version of the Charter, Bylaws, & Standing Rules here.

  • As a reminder, if you are unable to attend this meeting, be sure to fill out the Proxy Form here.

  • Proxies are due one hour before the start of the credentials meeting on Sunday, May 7th; it is recommended that you submit your proxy by 12:00 PM EDT on the 7th to ensure your proxy is considered by the committee. The Proxy Form is available here. Only voting members of the National Committee are eligible to submit Proxy Vote Forms
