Basic Requirements:

Any person who has not yet reached the age of thirty-six (36) may be accorded regular membership in this organization by and through a chartered unit. Each unit shall have the primary responsibility for setting requirements for membership in that unit. If a person selected or elected to a position on the National Committee or any Standing or Select Committee is not a regular member, the person holding that position shall be able to participate in the committee, but shall not be entitled to cast a vote on the committee.
