Legislation

The Legislation Committee reviews all federal legislation proposed to the National Committee for support in accordance with the Young Democrats of America Charter, Bylaws, and Standing Rules. This committee has the authority to recommend, reject, or amend all such prior to referral. Legislation recommendations proposals can be submitted here Legislation recommendations must be submitted at least twenty-one (21) days before any National Committee Meeting.
