Lodging is available at the Embassy Suites Buffalo at a rate of $179* a night
(200 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14202).
Embassy Suites is a chain of all-suite hotels. All guest rooms of this chain have a separate living area ((with a pullout couch) as well as a separate sleeping area. Additionally, all rooms within the YDA block of rooms are rooms with double beds.
Each Embassy Suites includes a free made-to-order omelets station with a complimentary breakfast buffet and a complimentary happy hour open bar with snacks.

Information on Proxies and Submitting Proposals
All Select Committees and the Standing Committees on Resolutions, Rules, and Legislation will meet virtually on Saturday, Saturday, December 3rd & Sunday, December 4th. The Rules Committee will meet virtually on November 15th, 16th, 21st, and 22nd to consider the omnibus governing documents rewrite proposal from the YDA Ad-Hoc Committee on Governing Document Modernization. This section will be updated as proposals are submitted and approved by the various committees.
Resolutions Proposals
There were no timely submitted proposals to the committee for consideration.
Reminder: Resolutions deemed urgent and timely by the National Committee or by being presented to the Standing Committee on Resolutions before the adjournment of its meeting with the signatures of the fifteen (15) members of the National Committee shall be eligible for consideration by the National Committee regardless of the time of submission or consideration by the Standing Committee on Resolutions. As a reminder, if you cannot attend this meeting, you can either fill out the proxy form or sign up to participate remotely.
Proxies are due one hour before the start of the credentials meeting on Saturday, December 10th; it is recommended that you submit your proxy by 12:00 PM ET on the 10 to ensure the committee considers your proxy. Only voting members of the National Committee are eligible to submit Proxy Vote Forms.
